1. USER INFORMATION
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
INDUSTRIAL RECENSE, S.L. is the CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The processing operations are:
- Sending commercial and promotional communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allows for commercial communication. These communications will be made by the CONTROLLER and related to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers, with whom promotional agreements have been made. In such cases, third parties will never have access to personal data.
- Conducting market research and statistical analysis.
- Processing orders, requests, responding to queries or any other type of request made by the USER through any of the contact methods provided on the CONTROLLER’s website.
- Sending the online newsletter with updates, offers, and promotions related to our activity.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
Processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and newsletters.
- For the legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: conducting market research, statistical analysis, and processing orders or requests made by the USER.
How long will we keep your data?
Data will be retained no longer than necessary for the purpose of the processing, or as long as legal obligations require their retention. Once no longer necessary, data will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure anonymization or complete destruction.
Who will your data be shared with?
No data will be shared with third parties unless necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, with service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processor agreements required by privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The USER has the following rights:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data, and to limit or oppose its processing.
- Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By ticking the relevant checkboxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to fulfill their request by the provider. Supplying data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is true and agrees to communicate any changes. The CONTROLLER informs that all requested data through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide an optimal service. If not all data are provided, it is not guaranteed that the provided information and services will fully meet your needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and specifically the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD to protect USERS’ rights and freedoms and has communicated the appropriate information so they can exercise them.
