In an effort to promote internationalization and economic growth in Galicia, Igape (the Galician Institute for Economic Promotion) recently announced new funding for opening branches abroad. This initiative was presented during the roundtable discussion entitled “Galicia: a hub of industrial attraction,” organized by the renowned newspaper El Progreso.

Our CEO, Luis López Fulgueira, had the honor of participating in this important event alongside Mario Carballo, CEO of Maderas Besteiro. During the roundtable, they discussed in depth the opportunities and challenges facing Galician companies internationally, as well as the crucial role that initiatives like these play in the process of global expansion.

These new grants from Igape represent a significant step forward in supporting Galician SMEs wishing to enter foreign markets. Without a doubt, this measure complements other actions necessary to boost the internationalization process of our local companies.

At Recense, we are excited to see how these initiatives promote the growth and prosperity of our business community. We are committed to continuing to support our local SMEs on their path to international success and making the most of the opportunities that arise.
